Spa Treatments & Packages – Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings
All spa treatments and packages must be booked in advance, subject to availability. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or at reception.
2. Payment
All bookings require 100% payment upfront, taken as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
3. Amendments & Payment Policy
To protect our therapists’ time and ensure fair access to appointments, we operate a clear and consistent cancellation & Amendment policy.
Amendments:
We kindly request the following minimum notice periods to amend a booking:
Payment & Rescheduling:
When the required notice is provided, your original payment will be retained and applied to your new booking. The rescheduled appointment must be booked immediately at the time of requesting the change from the original appointment date.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
If the required notice is not given, or in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the appointment will be charged and no credit or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delaying other guests. Full treatment charges will still apply.
5. Medical Conditions
Guests must inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or medications at the time of booking and prior to treatment. NR Health Club & Spa reserves the right to decline or adapt treatments where necessary for health and safety reasons.
6. Spa Etiquette
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that mobile phones are kept on silent and conversations are kept to a minimum within spa areas.
7. Gift Vouchers
Spa gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed before the expiry date stated. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
8. Treatment Packages
Spa packages are non-refundable once purchased. Individual treatments within a package must be used within the specified validity period.
9. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Treatments will be charged at the price confirmed at the time of booking.
10. Personal Belongings
NR Health Club & Spa accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items brought onto the premises. Lockers are provided for guest use.
11. Right to Refuse Treatment
NR Health Club & Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a treatment, purchasing a package, or attending an appointment, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
