Discover Experience || 30 Minute Treatment

Our discover Experience Spa Day programmes are designed to meet your individual health and beauty
needs and offer the opportunity to get the most value out of your visit.

The Discover Experience - is a great way to try 2 hours use of the
health & spa facilities complete with your choice of a 30 minute treatment.These are picked prior to your visit upon booking.

When you leave - We want you to have both enjoyed your time and developed a
greater understanding of the short and long term benefit of Spa treatments.

Please note: We do a Aqua class in the pool on Monnday, Tuesday, Thursday Mornings 10 -11am and Monday, Thursday evenings 6-7pm. Have this in mind when choosing your time to arrive or treatment time. The pool is still in use it will just be sectioned off and music will be on while the class is taking place. We also do a water babies class on Friday Mornings 11am -12pm.
